Method for Xbox 360 towel trick

The first thing you need to do is check that the system has three red lights showing. Ensure it’s not any other type of error and doesn’t involve a cabling issue. Then take three towels to use for the Xbox 360 towel trick. Before using them you need to completely remove all components that are plugged into the Xbox unit, excect for the power,this you’ll need to keep running. When you take the towels you need to be absolutely convinced they are totally dry and free of moisture as even a drop can render your Xbox useless and water damage cannot be repaired under warranty.

There are quite a number of things you can try to remove the error yourself that you’ll find in a repair guide. Some will void your warranty so make sure you’re prepared for this.
